Exchanges & Returns (non-faulty items) By law, customers located in the UK and European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within seven working days after the date of delivery with exception to the following products:
- Made to order goods & services (e.g. shoes dyed to customer swatch)
Should you wish to return your order simply send the shoes back to the address at the top of your order indicating whether you would like a refund or a replacement pair of shoes. Please ensure you quote your order number.
Please package the item(s) securely in the original boxes complete with all tissue paper and swatches, and send it to us using the return label. DO NOT TAPE THE BOX CLOSED, WRITE ON OR STICK ANYTHING TO THE BOX - As we are unable to resell and they will be returned to you.
For your protection we recommend that you use an insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
It is your duty as a consumer to take reasonable care of the goods until they arrive with us - including the original box. The goods should be in good condition - without being scuffed / worn in / damaged / creased / marked goods. We suggest you remain indoors and on carpet while trying shoes on. Damaged goods may affect your refund.
Returns received after these timescales will not be accepted and you will have to collect them at your own cost.
You will be reimbursed within 30 days, by the same payment method as they were originally purchased.
If you wish to exchange an item you will be charged for postage and packing of your new item.
Multiple Orders (2+ pairs in a single order) When multiple pairs of shoes are required for the purpose of trying each style for comparison, and 2 or more pairs are returned for refund, an administration fee of 25% shall be deducted. We reserve the right to levy this charge where more than 1 order is made by the same person (or to the same delivery address or by the same purchaser) in an attempt to avoid these terms.
Exchanges & Returns (faulty items) Any goods found to be missing or damaged in transit must be notified within 3 working days of receipt. Any errors or faults found upon receipt of delivery must be notified within 3 working days. No claims for delivery damage will be accepted after this time.
If you discover a fault or defect with your order through normal use, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the item to be exchanged or refunded as required.
In each case you will need to use the Return Form included on this website.

Once you have returned your goods we will exchange them for new, or should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund you by the same payment method as they were originally purchased.
International Returns The returns authorisation should be followed as detailed above and we must be contacted before you return your goods. In order to avoid paying extra import duty, all international returned goods must be clearly marked "RETURNED GOODS" on the outside of the parcel. We will not accept parcels that result in duty having to be paid.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
