For orders cancelled within your statutory rights (i.e. within 7 days of order confirmation, or 7 days after delivery – whichever is the longer) or before the goods have been despatched, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
Where an order is cancelled after the goods have been despatched, you must first contact us within 7 days (after delivery) or simply by using the Return Form included in your delivery, and the items then returned to us in the same good condition. DO NOT TAPE THE BOX CLOSED, WRITE ON OR STICK ANYTHING TO THE BOX - As then we are unable to resell and they will be returned to you. Pack with all original tissue, bags and swatches as supplied. We will issue a full refund within 30 days.
Multiple Orders (2+ pairs in a single order)
When multiple pairs of shoes are required for the purpose of trying each style for comparison, and 2 or more pairs are returned for refund, an administration fee of 25% shall be deducted. We reserve the right to levy this charge where more than 1 order is made by the same person (or to the same delivery address or by the same purchaser) in an attempt to avoid these terms
Exchanging Items
We will willingly exchange your shoes for an alternative style or size, or issue a credit note for future purchases.
Any difference in price between the returned goods and the replacement goods, will be refunded if negative, or charged to your account if positive.
How Refunds are calculated
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund all charges including those incurred by you returning it to us.
Items returned within the terms of the 7 day statutory period.
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase of an item within 7 days after the item has been delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within terms of the 7 day period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund you within 30 days.
Gift Certificate Refunds
If you return an item for which you used a gift certificate as part or full payment, we will refund the gift certificate portion in the form of a new Gift Certificate, and any non-certificate portion to the card used for the original transaction (or by cheque if this was the original purchase method).
