The standard lead time quoted is approximately 14 days providing items ordered are in stock at the manufacturer. Our order history provides the best guidelines on the actual delivery times.
Average delivery time is approximately 10 days and by far the majority of orders are delivered some time between 5 and 7 working days (if in stock with us).

Orders involving dyeing service generally take up to 4 weeks to deliver.
If fast delivery is required you are advised to contact us for availablity beforehand, to avoid disappointment.

There are no weekend or bank holiday deliveries.

Receiving Your Delivery

Your parcel will arrive via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Initial City Link Courier, depending on size and weight of your order.
In all cases the delivery method is insured and guaranteed, and all require a signature on delivery.
You can have your goods deliverd to your place of work or to a friend or neighbour but this must be the delivery address given at the time of placing your order. This cannot be changed once the goods have been despatched.

Failed deliveries via Courier can incurr a charge of £15.00, so please ensure that there is someone to sign for your parcel as it cannot be left unsecure without authorisation from ourselves.

It is your responsibility to ensure that it can be delivered, either by having someone sign for it or by identifying a safe place for the courier to leave it.

If a failed delivery is returned to us and is subsequently cancelled by yourself, the charge incurred by us for the failed delivery will be deducted from your refund.
