This complaints procedure is for products and services provided by my-wedding-wishes.co.uk .
You can make a complaint in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Please provide your telephone number and your a full postal address along with any order or reference number so that all details can be retrieved from our records.

What happens next?
We will reply within 2 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time - for instance, because a detailed investigation is required - we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom.
That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe that your complaint has not been dealt with properly.
This will normally be through one of web trader trust certification bodies who monitor and approve us as a trustworthy online retailer and as such we have a duty to provide the very highest levels of customer service - the handling of pre-sales enquiries, sales, delivery and returns. The certification body will work on your behalf, and free of charge, to help solve the problem.
